If you use Murray for a company, you accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.
Agreement
By using the site or the Murray product you agree to these terms. If a separate signed order or agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
The Service
Murray reads your business data and recommends actions. Recommendations are guidance to help you decide. They are not a guarantee of any particular result.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use.
- No attempts to break security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Follow all messaging and privacy laws when you approve outreach.
Your Data
You own your business and customer data. You grant us the rights needed to run and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party Integrations
Your use of connected tools is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services. Integrations with systems such as Vonigo, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz, FieldPulse, ServiceM8, or Simpro may depend on permissions, API access, plan eligibility, rate limits, and vendor terms.
Fees
Paid plans are billed per your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, or change features. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
Indemnification
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your data, your outreach, or your misuse of the service.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement per your order. On termination we help you export your data and then delete it per our retention policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
